Our management team has extensive experience and a broad knowledge of the mobile industry, bringing together a combination of vital expertise, energy and passion from which our company grows and excels.

Chief Executive Officer
Michael has been at INFOMEDIA since its transition into the mobile space in 2003. Before joining the business, he studied law culminating in being called to the bar at Inner Temple.

In 2010 Michael was appointed CEO with a focus of developing INFOMEDIA into a leading provider of Customer Relationship Management products to mobile carriers and device manufacturers globally. He has an extensive background in negotiating complex commercial agreements with global tech and media organisations and is responsible for the strategic direction of INFOMEDIA and its continued expansion and growth.

Outside of INFOMEDIA, Michael will usually be found on a golf course or in the Oxfordshire countryside with his wife and two children.

Chief Operating & Financial Officer
Henry joined INFOMEDIA Group in 2014 and manages the day-to-day operations and finance of the Group. He brings a wealth of experience from over 25 years spent in the technology sector work in public, private and consultancy businesses.

Having been Group FD of a fully listed technology PLC Henry became regional head of corporate finance and UK head of TMT at a leading international firm of accountants and business advisers. He then spent 5 years as in the mobile space taking FoneStarz through from private equity investment to exit.

Before joining INFOMEDIA he was Group CFO at VCT backed digital services consultancy, Fjord, which delivers award winning strategic and digital service design expertise from offices around the world to major global players including Nokia, Telefonica, 3, Vodafone, TeliaSonera, Qualcomm, Citibank and BBVA. Henry ran the process of Fjord's purchase by Accenture in 2013 which was recognised as exit of the year at the 2013 British Private Equity Awards.

Outside of work Henry’s interests include music and particularly organs (digital of course!), architecture, art and supporting the development of social enterprises.

Operations Director
Sanjay envisions mobile technology at the forefront of connecting brands to their customers. His belief is in enhancing innovation through development to allow for a stronger, more engaging and efficient communication.

Sanjay brings extensive knowledge to INFOMEDIA, with over 15 years of experience within the mobile technology sector, a background in building and deploying business critical applications, as well as managing IT infrastructure. Sanjay joined INFOMEDIA in 2004 and has been key in planning, developing and running of key INFOMEDIA platforms and systems. His eye for detail has enabled INFOMEDIA to push the boundaries of mobile engagement.

Sanjay manages projects, processes, and systems, ensuring our clients always receive first class service they expect.

Technical Director
Adam joined INFOMEDIA in 2006. He has been involved from concept to completion of INFOMEDIA's platforms and services, including INFOMEDIA's SMS and Mobile Web platforms. Adam plays a key role in looking at ways new technology can benefit INFOMEDIA from both a product and operational stance.

Adam is responsible for managing our systems and platforms, leading the development team, as well as taking a key interest in R&D.

Product Director
Ed is passionate about enabling technology, and bringing what may be possible to reality through innovation and execution. He has spent his career living that passion in the telecommunications and wireless technology industry.

Ed brings over 16 years experience launching D2C, B2B and B2B2C products and services globally; including 6 years based in the USA with Qualcomm Inc. the worlds largest chipset manufacturer, and a further 10 years with mobile technology startups such as Elata (acquired by Qualcomm), AirMedia, TIS (acquired by Scottish Telecom/Thus).

Ed Smith heads up Product Design and Development at INFOMEDIA, leading a team that applies the Mobile Mindset Methodology to issues experienced by industry behemoths such as Mobile Carriers and OEMs, and new entrants to the Mobile market such as internet security providers, entertainment industry and medical service providers.

SVP Partnerships
With 20 years of experience focused on technology, operations, and infrastructure, Josh has successfully spearheaded new partnerships and product realisation. Josh served as Senior Vice President at Vringo from 2007 until the acquisition by INFOMEDIA in 2013.

Prior to Vringo, Josh directed the integration of new products such as AccessGate and MyCaller at NMS Communications, and was further responsible for the rollout of nationwide telco and collocated services network as Director of Technology at Mobilee. Additionally, Josh oversaw all MIS, network infrastructure, and data systems as Director of Information Technology at ABC Industries.

Josh earned his BSc in Industrial Engineering where he was recognised by the Alpha Pi Mu National Honors Society. Originally a Boston native, Josh has also devoted time in the non-profit world, contributing managerial expertise to help advance meaningful educational, social, and charitable causes.

R&D Director
Michael brings two decades of technology experience in leading edge, high technology business environments. Prior to the INFOMEDIA acquisition, Michael served as Director of Engineering at Vringo where he headed core R&D processes and product design for 7 years, while building and leading key development teams. Prior to Vringo, Michael was involved for several years in a range of senior technical and management roles developing new strategies and technologies for cutting edge software development in the wireless application market.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of the Witwatersrand and a Bachelor of Science Honors degree in Business Information Systems from the University of South Africa.
